INSTRUCTIONS (please read before proceeding):
1) Make your selection at each decision tree prompt. When you reach the end of the tree, select appropriate search words and operators, and then click "Launch TableMaker".
2) In TableMaker, all query terms have been preselected based on your query path. You can modify, add, or delete query terms if desired, however.
3) The output fields to be displayed have also been preselected. You can modify these if desired under "Select Fields to Display".
4) When ready to launch your query, click "Execute query". If the results are unsatisfactory, use the browser "back" button to revisit and modify your query, or start over with the Query Wizard.
